Mobile column lift ArtisLift \u2013 world premiere!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

Electromechanical, mobile wheel grippers for transporter and trucks for use in the workshop. 3 possible versions can be configured as 4, 6, or 8 column sets. The large base frame at the lift column offers max. stability. Roll-handled spindle made of stainless steel in connection with a permanently lubricated bronze nut guarantees a maximum of safety and a long life. Absolutely wear-proof Ertalon sliders in each lift truck guarantee max. stability with each positioning of the load.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Scissor lift platform ExaLift \u2013 world premiere!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

Robust truck scissor lift with extraordinary freedom of movement and extraordinary design. Minimum dimensions with raised lift distinguish the heavy-load platform. Because of the space-saving arrangement of the lift scissors, the technician can move optimally under the access rails, as there are no interfering scissors, columns, or cross beams. The access rails are raised vertically, thus saving the space always required additionally by a parallelogram lift. The electronic synchronization of the two guide rails takes place independent of the load distribution. Mechanical safety latches with cluster gears guarantee max. safety of the vehicle in raised condition. The surfaces of the access rails are made of anti-slip bulb plate. Rollover and roll-back protection at the ends of the guide rails protect the vehicle against dropping down. All lifts of the HDSL series are available as above- or below-ground version. Because of the symmetrical\/asymmetrical design and the slender column design, the SPM40\/SPMA32 offers maximum drive-through clearance and a flexible acceptance range from SMART to transporters with large wheelbase. The spindles have been roll-hardened on leading-edge machines. In this way, they receive press-polished flanks without destruction of the fiber orientation. In connection with the bronze nuts manufactured with special alloy CNC, the platform gets an outstanding smooth operation. The high thermal conductivity of bronze permits trouble-free and safe work even under high load and frequency. Generously dimensioned fresh oil tanks placed on the lift nuts always provide for an exactly fitting lubricating film on the spindles. All components together guarantee a spindle nut system with long life and smooth running. Two powerful 3.5 kW motors provide powerful lifting and short raising and lowering times.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Double-scissor lift DS35EXHG 3.5 t electro-hydraulic \u2013 world premiere!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

The low-profile double scissor lift DS35EXHG was especially designed for the servicing area. The newly designed flexible lifting platforms enable a wide acceptance spectrum, from small passenger cars (for example from mini to van like VW T5\/T6, Mercedes V-class, and Opel Movano (short wheelbases), as well as large upper class sedans like for example the BMW 7er series G12). The flat construction, 105 mm, enables problem-free above-ground assembly. The standard CE stop assures foot protection without foot protectors. This also enables installation below ground. In matters of rust protection, long life comes first \u2013 including standard wet galvanizing with additional powder coating (drive rails and floor frame). The new HS charger generation offers a wide spectrum of chargers from 35 A to 120 A, suitable for 12 V\/24 V. This charger generation is suitable for wet, gel, fleece, AGM, calcium, and Li-Ion starter batteries. The new HS charger generation supplies the listed current permanently. Especially important for flashing of the control units for the new vehicle generations. The new HS charger generation was developed especially to more than meet the requirements of the workshops and the OEMs. The new HS charger generation has battery charger cables with all-insulated clamps.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
