The UNESCO organization announces that the portico ensembles, which cover a total stretch of 62 km within the Municipality of Bologna, become UNESCO World Heritage Site<\/a>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Since 12th Century the porticoes have been considered the most distinctive feature of the city of Bologna; an identifying element recognized not only by the community but also by visitors from all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
