G1250.30 – Let the Wheels Speed up.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ravaglioli\u2019s new tyre changer makes tyre assembly and disassembly operations even better performing. Equipped with an innovative (patented) leverless head and advanced automatic functions, it lets you work quickly, precisely and without any effort also on UHP and Run-Flat tyres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The configuration is already complete with all the major accessories, each of which finds room in the compartments. The rear part is totally cable-free so as to guarantee the operator better manoeuvrability and freedom of movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simple operations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

An electromechanical actuator controls the synchronous movement of all three operating arms with a chain synchronisation system.
The center post locking with floating plate (patented), suitable also for reverse rims, offers a self-locking mechanism that reduces the effort of the operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quick operations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Memory system – automatic head repositioning on rim edge that allows a new disassembly and assembly process to be rapidly resumed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safe operations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A sensor with automatic disc indent function activation guarantees precise and risk-free tyre bead breaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bead breaking system operates with two discs; the tyre bead is in fact broken quickly and safely by two opposite synchronised discs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
